Terms of Service
• General •
• I have all the right to decline your commission
• Commissions are for Personal Use only, you are not permitted to make a profit off my art. That includes anything from prints to NFTs
• Commissions for Commercial Use will have an additional pricing, and it must be specified beforehand.
• Work usually gets delivered within a four week period, at the latest
• Under special request, I can refrain from posting your commission
• Once you commission me, you approve that you have read and agree with the ToS
• Signature won't be removed by any chance. And you are NOT allowed to remove my signature
• Art •
• I'm more than willing to work with almost any creature/animal or humanoid. If you are unsure, you're free to ask
• Depending on the type of commission I will send from one to three wip stages for approval before finishing the piece*
• *If you take longer than 72h to reply, I will move onto finishing the drawing
• Mention all changes you would like to get done when receiving the WIP for approval, as I can't promise changes when the commission is complete
• Changes of details not specified in the commission information format may be refused by the artist
• Changes of details already specified in the commission information format will be charged additionally
• Do not use my art for tracing, copying, or heavily referencing and posting it
• Preferably do not repost my art, only exception is when the commission is done for you, and I have posted it myself already. ALWAYS providing credit
• You will receive the full resolution .png file sent on email, upon request. I will not send you the .sai / .psd file
• Payment •
• Payments must be done via PayPal / USDT (Payments through PayPal will have an additional cost due to PayPal's fees)
• I will send an invoice if PayPal is the preferred payment method.
• My prices are all in USD
• I will start the commission once the full payment is done
• Payment is done upfront, but we may discuss a payment plan if payment is quite high.
• No refunds after the rough sketch phase of any commission.
• Only way I would do a full refund is if I am unable to do the commission due to personal reasons or some other serious matter
• If you want to set a due date, there will be extra charges added based on the time frame I have to work
